Seven days left until the truck is loaded and on the road. It is quite a mindgame having to deal with all the preparation, thinking, packing, job searching, and getting everything all set up for the big move. I hope to constantly update our information, sharing our thoughts and photos of us in our new home.
Jess and I will be moving into cold weather when we get there. The day we arrive, the low is to be 40 degrees, about the normal low for winter in Naples, four months from now. It will be quite a change. Fortunately I believe I have built up enough self insulation over the years, hopefully preparing me a little before it really gets cold.
